Challenge
In 2022, the unemployment rate among young Moroccans with a higher education qualification was 40.3%. Yet many industries are booming, particularly the film and television industry. However, it remains highly competitive and often difficult for young people to enter.
Innovative solution
The partners are working to set up the StudioTalk solution within ISMAC: a modular television studio at the cutting edge of the latest technologies, enabling programs to be produced, special effects to be added, sets to be created and programs to be broadcast on all types of platform (TV, radio, web). The studio will be used to promote StudioTalk technologies on the Moroccan market, as well as to train ISMAC students.
Impact
- Enable ISMAC students to apply their theoretical knowledge and enhance their employability in the Moroccan job market
- Indirect job creation through the marketing of StudioPlus technology in Morocco

4 teachers have been trained in the use of StudioTalk technology and will in turn train 20 students per year.
-
Trainees improve their employability on the labor market. The marketing of StudioPlus technology will generate new job opportunities in the audiovisual industry in Morocco.
-
Young graduates are improving their practical skills in the latest audiovisual technologies, making it easier for them to find a job.
